Day 347 Sunday August 26th 2012

Our Mozzer has returned to twitter. He is obviously so bored, that even the most boring medium in the world has an appeal.

There is still no sign of the interview.

True To You has announced some tour dates in Australia and New Zealand.

Today I spent a very dull day in Thorpe Park.

The End

  1. Aw Ratty you sound depressed. I'd lighten you up with a hilarious joke but I can't think of one. Also I severly suck in telling jokes, but I'll copy you the one from

Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps, "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator says "Calm down. I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence, then a gun shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says "OK, now what?"

Ok I don't find it particularly funny to be honest but maybe you're at least mildly amused. I did my best *shrinks away*

    1. Interesting interview in a pub with Boz Boorer on FM4 on Monday evening. Apart from the music interludes, the interview was interrupted on two occasions – for Boz to have breakfast (he did not want brown sauce) and when his mobile rang and he took a call from Alex of the Happy Martyrs. Boz talked about his career and that his musical roots were so wide and vast there was always something he could draw on. When asked what his role as musical director entailed, Boz replied ‘arrangements, parts, not a lot to say about it really, it has always worked’. Boz was also asked about the recent drummer auditions further to Matt leaving and he said ‘…it happens from time to time….had 4 or 5 drummers, 3 or 4 bass players…’ His affable mood seemed to change when the interviewer questioned him about recent retirement stories. Boz said that you need to read what it says, nothing to do with me, this is not Morrissey this is a Boz Boorer interview.
Unfortunately I then dozed off, missed the end of the interview and woke up to a discussion about how to make a Singapore Sling. Listened for a while as was not sure if we were still in the pub with Boz.
