  1. poor attempt, if you hadn't spent the bank holiday weekend watching croquet, sipping Pimms and rubbing shoulders with Z list celebrities you might have had something to say, I've told you before, you throw yourself forward to do this job, then you give up the right to have any other kind of life, now you know the r 00 ls whiskers, get writing

  2. oh and I'm well pissed no footage of mozs' reaction when he looked at my gift in Dallas, I can count on memories you know, age or alcopops makes one forget easily

  3. SPEEDWAY *finally* as the set opener.
    I have no words.

  4. Irish Blood, English Heart! How wonderful. I cannot wait until Boston.

  5. I am happy to see First in the Gang as a closer again. Maybe it's just me but when those chords start for the Encore it really gets people moving.

  6. Thank YOU Morrissey for the music.
Can't wait to feast my ears & eyes on all the footage later on.

  7. I think you're being a little harsh on the BRS Ratty. You seem to be implying that people have lost interest. B******s.
So much to do today, but don't have the motivation to do any of it. Just going to drink tea & watch Morrissey. He looked in a fine mood & sounded in fine voice last night from what I have seen. And that set list is heavenly.

    1. just because a rose wasn't given to moz. doesn't mean roses were not there.
roses being present and the message being spread is the most important thing.
every time someone sees one and wonders ... and goes off searching for more
      information the cause grows. BRS/DDD

    2. P.S I'd just like to add that the photo of Moz smiling surrounded by the flower lights is beautiful. Almost as beautiful as a pic of him shirtless.

  8. Ratty,

You haven't fed the fish for days and days and days now.

    Poor little things.

    2. 'Cause we're the fishes and all we do
The move about is all we do
Well oh baby my hair's on end about you.

      God bless Syd...Such an original.

  9. It does feel like we've been in a bit of a lull lately, but it's only natural for things to calm down somewhat after the excitement of the beginning of the tour. The tour seems to be going splendidly, with Moz sounding better than ever. We're very fortunate to have such a feast of footage to savor and delight in. I've especially enjoyed seeing Istanbul from the last two concerts, which has been an extra special treat.

  10. During Trouble Loves Me, the stage back drop advertises The Strange One. The first four letters of the word strange are... well, it was just an observation. Did anybody spot the 'O' sign given by Moz just before Yes, I am Blind in Austin? It is whilst the crowd have the mic. And now look, you've got dirt all over your clean white shirt.... and the day before you were just somebody's fancy man. Plimsolls too.

    1. So many signs...Are they really meant for us?! And so many plimsolls...but are they meaningful plimsolls?! How wonderful it would be if they were.

    2. Roses are red, roses are blue, white shirts seem dirty, but is that a clue?

My log saw that "Dirt" by Depeche Mode was played yesterday in the MorrisseysWorld chatroom, by the way, but that must be a real coincidence.

  11. May we have a new Morrissey Q&A?

  12. The weekend saw 2 lovely Moz concerts in the great state of Texas. "Istanbul" sounds fantastic live. Our Moz's voice is so mellifluous, never better! So now this Holiday weekend in the US comes to a tranquil close. I wonder, does one's personal journey End as a Man or does it continue into infinity?
